I have of late been playing Dragon's Call, an HTML/Flash MMORPG. It's free to play but players willing to spend some money can advance more quickly. Some of the best players haven't spent a cent. It can eat up your time, but it does have numerous options for letting the game essentially play itself, and a very casual player can advance about half as fast as a fairly hardcore one, which is actually quite good.
