This is a really simple game that I've played. All you need is a pair of dice. Everyone rolls and the lowest person drinks the difference between the highest and the lowest rolls. If you tie, double the difference to the loser next round. It's very quick drinking and easy to do.

Variation: If you roll a six you get to roll that die again adding the number to your total so you can get large numbers.
