X-Files Amendments

These are additional rules that can be used with X-Files games (or they could be a game on their own.)

by Jenn P.(gwen71@delphi.com)

This humble endeavor is my attempt to combine the numerous additions to Phil Lee's X-Files Drinking Game, as well as Eli Lehrer's version.

There are three levels of play, the higher the level the more wasted you'll be.

X-Files (2)

To play the X-Files Drinking Game, you will need:

  • A video tape of collected X-Files episodes (or any Friday night for a short game).
  • An ample supply of your favorite beverage (preferably Jolt Cola, Mountain Dew, or any drink with plenty of caffine to get you wired. If you're over twenty-one, go ahead and break out the Boston Loggers!)
  • A really good sound system, so that Mulder and Scully seem to be right in the room with you and the action is all around you. (optional)

The Rules: It's fairly simple, just get a beverage of your choice (preferably alcoholic) and take as many sips as mentioned when that scenario shows up.

Wrestling

After seeing a few posts on RSPW about the possibility of a WCW drinking game, The MoMutants decided to expand it to all federations. This is what we came up with along with suggestions by other people as well.

A variation on an old party game...

The Wanker Game

Subject: drinking games

Start off by playing any normal pub game, 'poker', 'name that pope', whatever. The loser then has to go up to someone nominated by the winner and, without any explanation, say 'You're a wanker' to them, accompanying this with the appropriate hand gesture. And thats the wanker game.

Team Quarters

You start off in teams of twos. There are five cups, one large and four small. One player on each team starts with the quarter. A countdown is given (3, 2, 1, go) both players simultaneously shoot for a small cup.

Talk show drinking game

Here's one a friend an I made up the other night. While watching a late night talk show, drink whenever the audience as a whole reacts (laughs, cheers, boos). When one person shouts something out, chug your beer. During commercials, drink whenever an ad for a TV show or movie is shown. Chug your beer if it's a beer commercial. This also works with shots. Drinks are worth one shot. Chugs are worth 3. Make more rules up if you think you're not drinking enough.
