I've just installed Devuan Excalibur using mostly the OpenZFS instructions for Debian Trixie, as I did before except with Chimaera (which I then upgraded to Daedalus.) I had a grand old time getting it to boot and started over a couple of times, which is not a big deal because it does not take very long to get to the point where it doesn't boot. I had been using legacy booting and chose to try UEFI, which is working okay now.

I've wanted a 3D printer for a long, long time, but recently they have come down so much in price that I couldn't resist any more and picked up a FlashForge Adventurer AD5M. Out of the box it can really only handle PLA and PETG, but I've upgraded it with an enclosure kit and additional nozzle that make it capable of printing most filaments.

The radio for my RC project got here today. It's a Hot RC CT-10B, which seems like a bit of a gamble because this company is brand new and not really doing a great job of establishing themselves. The same radios seem to also be sold branded as Meus Racing, although Meus' transmitters are orange. 

I've had a variety of RC cars since I was about 14 years old, which lately includes mostly rock crawlers. Playing Snowrunner has made me want to build a big fancy 10x10 1:10 RC with three steer axles and a two-speed gearbox. But my wallet said no and I am just me and not sponsored, so instead I'm building a less big and less fancy 8x8 1:24 with two steer axles and a bottom-dollar brushless motor.

What is there to say about a game which has been out for years that hasn't been said before? Probably not much, but I'm here to try anyway. I started playing this game pretty recently, but I've played through the majority of the content so I think I might have some ideas worth sharing. Warning, I will give zero f-bombs about spoilers, this game does not have a storyline worth mentioning. It's a drivin' trucks game.
